CLINICAL TEAM
Nancy
Nancy, our Clinical Assistant, joined the Carcara Orthodontics team in 2011. She has many years experience in both orthodontics and general dentistry. She helps patients feel at ease in Dr. Carcara’s excellent care. She assists Dr. Carcara chair side, manages all patient x-rays, orders clinical supplies and manages all lab work and instrument sterilization. Each patient meets with Nancy for one-on-one patient care instruction about the care of their teeth and appliances. Nancy is happy to answer your treatment related questions.
Diana
Diana,
our Office Assistant, joined our team in 2009. She assists the clinical
team with their needs. She is an asset
to our team and makes our patients smile each day with her
exuberance and passion for orthodontics.
ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Jennifer
Jennifer, our Business Manager, works both behind the desk and behind the scenes. She left her Communications career in “corporate America” when her first daughter was born to join Carcara Orthodontics in 2003. She addresses all marketing, communication and personnel needs, automates office processes, manages insurance claim processing, and ensures the office complies with all accepted business practices and government regulations. Nikki, our Front Desk Assistant, joined the Carcara Orthodontics team in 2011 and is the welcoming voice behind the phone and the friendly face behind the desk. She manages the patient schedule and is always available to assist you with your questions or needs. She meets with every family one on one to present all financial options and review our in-office procedures, thus providing our families with an informative orientation to the practice. She loves to exercise her communication and artistic skills by assisting with patient contests and marketing projects in the community.
